This is a photo of Santa Gromit when he was still a puppy under 1 yr old. :) I gave this as a wallet photo to all my friends that year, and they have been telling me the past few years that they still kept it in their wallets, or they did for a long while. LOL. He is like our baby :)
I’m trying to make it a goal to spend one day a week mostly unplugged, this means no computer, little tv, little distractions. It allows for much better relaxation, because I find that I get distracted far too easily. :) Plus I get chores done around the house :D
Hope your Thanksgiving is filled with good friends/family, good food and good times. :)
We spend most of our lives trying to reach back down into our roots, find that place called home. It’s not something we should take for granted, and when you look back, you wish you hadn’t.
The leaves are finally changing colors decently in San Diego… in November! :P

27 years of having my eyes open, life flashing before them. My hands reaching out to grab them, if only to hold them for a second.
27 years, of joy and sorrow, happiness and sadness.
27 years of splashing in puddles, running through fields, seeing animals in clouds, dancing on my toes, laughing till my stomach hurt, crying when sad, stressing when something overwhelms me, getting upset if something feels wrong.
27 years of love, giving and receiving.
27 years of being human.
27 years of life.
It’s been a beautiful year, and I can’t wait to see what the next year brings me.

P.P.P.S. If you didn’t catch it before, I decided to extend my deadline due to life being way too crazy… I’m now aiming for Dec 1st for my 26 things. :)
