Another blog to please the senses! ;) This is Trang & Doug’s trash the dress session, which they actually did before the wedding! Definitely a first for me, but that didn’t affect the shoot or the dress (which she dry cleaned for her wedding later that WEEK! & it was totally fine :) Just an FYI for all of you who are nervous to do a trash the dress because you’re afraid that you’ll ‘ruin’ the dress – that’s far from the truth! I usually don’t have you do anything that permanently ruins the dress unless you want to do something very specific or it’s something we discussed beforehand. So no worries :) A little sand & dirt don’t hurt! (I’ve even had brides who tell that after they do the session, their dress is CLEANER after going into the ocean ;))

Hello dear readers! Again, blogging has alluded me, but I have not forgotten. :) I hope you are all well & enjoying this ‘stormy’ weather in San Diego because I am! (However short it may last!) I’m loving how the thick humid air is making the streetlights twinkle like stars. . . .* . . *.* :)

re: a trip to come.
So, I am planning an amazing road trip up the coast (Highway 1) from San Francisco to Portland/Seattle and want to know – where are your favorite places to go & see? Where should I stop? What good eats are there? Tell me!

(To clarify, I am driving up from San Diego, however I’m not going along the coast for that stretch of the trip because I’ve already done it before)

san diego, ca | the thursday club

Again, another overdue wedding post, as well as a MASSIVE one! Ji & Steve had so many amazing wedding elements, which was all coordinated by the fabulous Melissa Barrad :) The day started off with weather predicting rain, but the rain held out long enough for us to take some gorgeous wedding photos, and even provided for us an AMAZING sunset with all the colors & clouds. :)
