So a little something to break up all the engagement session posts going on here – I am embarking on a new project! Last year, I posted a photo a day on this blog for a whole year. This year, I am going to instead take a Polaroid a day – for 365 days. I decided to do this since Polaroids are no longer going to be around anymore, and I’ve been hoarding packs of film like it’s going out of style. Polaroid film doesn’t last too long because of the emulsion in it – it actually dries up, so I might as well use them. :) And what a better way than to document everyday!
I will be posting my photos on a blog here, however I may not post them everyday (I will try though) – but be sure I will be photographing everyday. :) This is going to be a very personal project, something that I’m looking forward to collecting over the year, and seeing it all as one in an album or something of the sort.
So come join this new journey with me!
P.S. If you haven’t already heard, integral film (which is what I usually use) has plans of being saved! The Impossible Project plans on re-starting production for the film in 2010 – they have Polaroid’s old equiptment, and need our support. Um. YAY!!
