Happy 3rd (21st in doggie years) birthday, my little guy :)
The birthday photos below are from his 1st birthday two years ago. Yes, I baked him a cake. :) You can find the recipe below.
P.S. Look how old and gray he looks now compared to two years ago! Ahh, he’s getting to be an old man ;)

Peanut Butter Carrot Cake
1 cup flour*
1tsp baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 cup honey
1 egg
Mix flour and baking soda. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 8″ round cake pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Let cool. Puree cottage cheese* in blender for icing. Decorate with more peanut butter and carrots.
* I used wheat & gluten free flour and cream cheese instead of cottage
It is NOT easy to pipe with peanut butter!
